WHEN WAS ORAL COMMUNICATION FIRST USED?
There are some anthropological evidence that probes that the origin of oral communication is in the need of the humans to change their way of living. Some time, they needed to communicate to change the weather and to go hunting. They needed to call others to duty. They needed to interact between them and then oral communication emerged.
It is not clear when exactly but theories point that could occur sometime about 250,000 BC and that oral communication took some texture about the 75,000 BC.
We can have a look at the studies and antropological discoveries made in The Rift Valley although those studies do not have the last word. New discoveries could put some more light on the merging of oral communication.
